SITE ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff
Hours: Monday – Friday, Days | 40 Hours Per Week
We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a busy and successful organisation at their site in Cardiff.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment. The successful Site Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the site, with particular responsibility for HR administration, employee onboarding, recruitment, time and attendance, training records and general site administration.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities.
Skills Required for the Site Administrator:
Previous experience within an administration, HR administration, site administration or similar role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and internal systems
Experience maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Comfortable communicating with employees and managers at different levels
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a busy environment
The Site Administrator Will Benefit From:
£27,000 – £29,000 per annum
Monday to Friday days
40-hour working week
No weekend working

Duties of the Site Administrator:
Manage the time and attendance system, including running weekly clocking reports
Support the complete new starter and onboarding process, including induction packs, contracts, system updates, welcome packs and uniforms
Prepare weekly and monthly employee returns in conjunction with the General Manager
Maintain accurate absence records and Bradford Factor scores
Track and maintain Right to Work documentation for new and existing employees
Maintain HR systems, spreadsheets and employee trackers, including probation periods, exit interviews and Right to Work records
Ensure personnel files and general filing are accurate and kept up to date
Prepare documentation for disciplinary, grievance and welfare meetings in conjunction with the Regional HR Advisor
Support internal audits when required
Coordinate annual training reminders and associated paperwork with line managers
Support the site's recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, attending job fairs and completing relevant paperwork
Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives and focus groups
Administer holiday records for weekly and monthly employees
Take and distribute minutes from on-site meetings
Ensure site noticeboards contain relevant and up-to-date information
