A strong opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established main dealer in Bromley, offering a £30,000 basic salary, average earnings of £35,000 and a Monday–Friday working week. The role suits someone who already understands the pace and standards of a main dealer and wants a solid opportunity with no weekend working.
Responsibilities

Managing customers throughout the service and repair process

Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated

Advising customers on servicing, repairs and additional work

Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians

Preparing job cards, estimates and invoices

Delivering a high level of customer service while working to dealership targets
Requirements
-
Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Organised, confident and able to work in a busy aftersales environment

A professional approach and good attention to detail
Salary and Benefits

£30,000 basic salary + bonus
