Electrical Estimator
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Package
An established and highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in Bromsgrove is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team.

The Role
As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive tenders for a wide range of electrical building services projects, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to secure new business and support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and tenders.

Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.

Complete detailed take-offs and cost analysis.

Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Produce pricing schedules and tender submissions.

Identify value engineering opportunities to maximise project profitability.

Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the tender process.

Attend tender and pre-construction meetings when required.

Support project handovers to the delivery team following successful tender awards.
About You
-
Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within the Building Services or M&E sector.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial electrical installations.

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.

Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Able to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines.

Full UK Driving Licence.
