Our client has secured major, long-term social housing and council contracts across the West Midlands, meaning the pipeline of work is strong, stable and expanding.
🔨 The Role - Simple, High-Volume & Straightforward
If you're tired of spending hours tracing complex S-Plans or Y-Plans, this could be the contract for you.
The client requires 3 boiler wire-ups per day, with the large majority being straightforward Combi swaps.
The work is designed to be simple and efficient:
- Mostly plug-and-play Combi swaps
- No complex heating systems
- Fast turnarounds
- Materials ready on site
- Straightforward daily workload
The aim is to keep your day simple - get in, get the work done, get out and get paid.

- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
- Own vehicle and tools
