We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty Administrator to join a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. Salary up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Prepare and submit all warranty claims to manufacturers for payment
Check and reconcile weekly warranty statements, querying overdue claims or discrepancies
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all warranty documentation with manufacturer guidelines
Prepare invoices and warranty claims adhering to departmental standards and claim procedures
Complete repair order documentation accurately and thoroughly
Manage policy claims efficiently, ensuring customer reimbursements are correct
Maintain high standards of control over returned displaced materials to manufacturers
Reconcile warranty credits and resolve discrepancies promptly
Assist with general administrative duties within the office environment
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customersRequirements of a Warranty Administrator:
Prior experience in warranty administration within the motor trade
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a demanding environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cooperative relationships
Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop dealer management system is advantageous but not essential
