Conduct accurate and high-standard repairs and servicing of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer, retailer, and industry standards
Use diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify faults efficiently
Mentoring and providing technical assistance to fellow Vehicle Technicians
Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress
Follow up on work completed to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a tidy and safe workshop environmentRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Strong technical knowledge, especially in vehicle diagnostics and electronics
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchise dealership preferred
Valid UK driving licence
Motivated team player with a commitment to quality work
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, target-driven environment
