Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charitable organisation who are looking for a for a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join a residential drug & alcohol service in Yarnton, Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing while promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality overnight support to residents.

Ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of individuals throughout the night.

Respond appropriately to residents' needs and any emergencies.

Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.

Carry out routine welfare checks and support residents in line with individual care plans.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care.
