What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting residents to build on life skills such as budgeting, jobs, living skills, relationship building and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support that they might need to achieve their goals.
What We’re Looking For
· You must be over 18 years old, have the right to work in the UK and a minimum 6 months UK Care Experience
· Flexibility in your availability, Ideally a full UK Drivers Licence or the ability to travel to different care settings with short or on the day notice periods.
· A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
· A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
