Customer Engagement Representative
Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to join our Glasgow team and become a key point of contact for residents across the city. This role is all about building real connections — understanding what people need, answering their questions honestly, and guiding them toward the right solution. It's a face-to-face position, ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and wants their earnings tied to their results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Engaging directly with residents across Glasgow, door to door

Listening to customer needs and responding with the right information

Building trust and rapport in every conversation

Guiding interested customers through to a sale or sign-up

Planning your own route and appointments each day

Feeding insights back to the team to help improve how we engage with customers
What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people

Confidence approaching and talking with strangers

Patience and resilience, especially when faced with rejection

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Driving licence and transport preferred

No prior experience required — training provided
