Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Our client, an established and respected building services company based in Norfolk, is looking for a superstar Estimator/QS to join their team, and they mean that. They're seeking someone ambitious, sharp, and ready to work hard and reap the rewards; someone intelligent, driven and not afraid to dig in when the going gets tough.
The Role
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of restoration and commercial projects. No two days will look the same, the successful candidate will be involved in everything from Design & Build to negotiated works, giving real breadth of experience and constant job satisfaction.

The Role Will Involve
Preparing accurate, competitive estimates across a mix of restoration and commercial projects
Working across varied procurement routes, including Design & Build and negotiated works
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Analysing costs, drawings, and specifications to produce robust, reliable pricing
Contributing to the wider success and growth of the business
