Production Operative
Location: Billingshurst, West Sussex
Pay: £13.31 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotating Early & Late Shifts
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of the manufacturing team, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Your duties will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment

Filling, labelling and packaging products

Carrying out quality control checks throughout production

Reporting machinery faults or production issues

Following all health and safety procedures

Keeping production areas clean, tidy and organised

Moving stock and materials around the production area

Supporting with general production and warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For

Previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly or warehousing would be beneficial.

You will need to have good attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
