Associate People Partner (Interim 3-Month Contract)
The Bukola Group is partnering with a well known public sector organisation to recruit an experienced Associate People Partner on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys balancing hands-on employee relations work with strategic business partnering. You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice, coaching managers, supporting organisational change initiatives and helping to deliver an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with managers and leaders to provide proactive HR advice and support.

Managing employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters.

Coaching managers on people management best practice and employment legislation.

Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and talent initiatives.

Analysing HR metrics, identifying trends and providing practical recommendations.

Supporting organisational change projects, restructures and workforce planning activities.

Working collaboratively across the wider People & Culture function to deliver key people objectives.

Building effective stakeholder relationships and helping drive a positive employee experience.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced HR professional with:

Proven experience managing end-to-end employee relations casework.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Experience advising and influencing managers at varying levels of seniority.

The ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting recruitment, workforce planning and people initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify trends.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent experience preferred).

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and strong problem-solving capability.
Desirable

Exposure to organisational change, restructuring or project work.

Experience working with Trade Unions.

Experience within the public sector, or not-for-profit environments.
