The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload covering Wills, Probate, estate administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and estate planning, alongside supporting on high-value Court of Protection matters. You will work closely with clients, providing clear and empathetic advice while managing your own caseload and deadlines.

Qualified Solicitor with solid Wills & Probate / Private Client experience
Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and estate administration
Excellent communication and client care skills
Confident dealing with vulnerable clients and sensitive circumstances
Able to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience of contentious Probate would be an advantage
