Using diagnostics to identify reported faults accurately
Conducting inspections and routine maintenance tasks
Providing excellent customer service and communication
Working independently to meet deadlines and quality standards
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
At least a Level 2 NVQ qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification – highly beneficial
Broad knowledge of vehicle repair procedures
Confident in fault diagnosis using diagnostic equipment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
