Key Responsibilities:

Joining our 12-week Clear Academy training programme
Learning the fundamentals of recruitment from experienced consultants and our L&D team
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
Building and managing your own candidate network
Working with clients and candidates across global markets
Creating job adverts and marketing your roles across multiple platforms
Developing your commercial and sales skills
Specialising within a niche vertical across our Data Centre and Energy markets
Working towards becoming a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant
