Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + realistic OTE of £50,000+

We’re a well-established labour hire company, supplying temporary trades and labour to the construction industry across the UK. In line with our growth plans, we’re looking to add a Sales / Business Development Executive to our Leeds-based team.
Main Duties:

Identifying and reaching out to new and lapsed clients in the construction industry

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Working alongside our recruitment and delivery team to ensure excellent service

Hitting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business

Bringing energy, enthusiasm and ideas to the office each day
What We’re Looking For:

Previous B2B sales experience is essential (industry background is flexible)

Confident, outgoing and a natural communicator

What We Offer:

Basic salary of £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
