We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a social housing maintenance team, carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential properties throughout London.
THE ROLE:
Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
Attending occupied and void properties across London
Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, basins, baths, showers and other plumbing fixtures
Diagnosing and resolving general plumbing issues
Completing responsive repairs to a high standard
Working professionally around residents and customers
Reporting any additional maintenance issues identified while on siteREQUIREMENTS:
Previous plumbing experience
Social housing or residential maintenance experience is desirable
Own vehicle is essential due to travelling between properties
Good understanding of health and safety
Reliable and professional approach
Able to work independently£22.00 per hour CIS
