Class 2 HGV Driver (Cat C) – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Near Dover, Kent
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £15.00 per hour (overtime after 45 hours, £21.75)
We’re recruiting a Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Driver to join our client based near Dover, Kent, with an immediate start available.
The Role
-
07:00 starts, Monday to Friday
-
Driving a 26-tonne flatbed vehicle
-
Delivering timber components including roof trusses, open web joists, I-joists, spandrel panels, and gable panels
-
No nights out required
-
Ensuring loads are safely secured and transported

Complying with all health, safety, and road regulations
What You’ll Need

Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence with Digital Tacho and CPC Card

Previous experience driving flatbed vehicles preferred
-
Good understanding of load security and safe driving practices
-
Strong communication skills and a reliable attitude
