Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our customer, an established manufacturing business based in the Hykeham area of Lincoln.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy production team, carrying out a variety of production line, packing and quality checking duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday work, with immediate starts available following a successful interview.
What will I be paid?
£13.25 per hour
What hours will I be working?
We have opportunities available on the following shifts:
Days: 08:00 – 16:00
Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00
Both Monday to Friday.
What will I be doing?
Working on a busy production and packing line
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Checking products for quality and identifying any defects
Replenishing materials on the production line
Completing basic production paperwork and documentation
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised
Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
Working as part of a team to achieve daily production requirements
What skills and experience do I need?
Previous production, manufacturing, packing or warehouse experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Available to work full-time Monday to Friday
