Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately
Liaise with manufacturer and dealership teams to ensure smooth warranty procedures

Support the service department to optimise workflow and customer satisfaction
Maintain compliance with warranty policies and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service throughout all warranty processesRequirements of the Warranty Administrator:
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, ideally within a main dealer franchise
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of warranty processes and industry standards
Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
