Daniel Owen are recruiting for a Commercial Plumber to join a prestigious higher education campus in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position within a well-established maintenance team on a static site.
What's on Offer?
£34,500 basic salary
Guaranteed £200 per week on-call allowance, whether you're called out or not
Guaranteed annual earnings of £44,900
Overtime and call-outs paid at 1.5x rate
7-hour working day
Static site with no travelling between locations

Key Responsibilities
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding
Maintenance of hot and cold-water systems
Pipework repairs and installations
Maintenance of pumps, valves and sanitaryware
Supporting wider building maintenance activities
Working safely and in line with site procedures
Participation in the on-call rota
Requirements
NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent
Commercial maintenance experience
Knowledge of water systems, pipework, pumps and sanitaryware
Experience carrying out PPM and reactive works
Strong fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis role would suit a Commercial Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Building Services Plumber or Facilities Maintenance Engineer seeking a secure position offering strong earning potential, a shorter working day and the benefits of working on a prestigious Central London estate.
