CNC Machinist
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing business based in Southampton. Our client is looking for a technically minded and driven individual to join their team who takes pride in their craftsmanship.
Responsibilities as a CNC Machinist:
Working closely with the in-house design and production team, bringing ideas to life
Working on unique one-off projects
Using a mix of traditional craftsmanship and cutting edge CNC/ CAD machinery
Using both the 5 Axis and 3 Axis machines
Programming and operating the CNC machines
Working with 3D CAD to bring ideas to life
Requirements:
Proven CNC experience
Engineering mindset
Excellent hands-on skills, whether its tools, machines or materials
Understanding of 3D CAD
Excellent eye for detail and natural problem solver
The CNC Machinist Role:
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
