We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join a skilled team working on marine vessels. This is a hands-on role involving the fabrication, assembly and installation of steel and structural components across both new-build and in-service boats.
The Role
You will be responsible for:

Fabricating and assembling steel and structural components

Working from technical drawings and specifications
-
Installing structural components onboard marine vessels

Carrying out welding, cutting, grinding and general fabrication work

Working on both new-build projects and vessel maintenance/refit work

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety

Working effectively as part of a wider engineering and production team
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in fabrication, ideally within marine, shipbuilding or a similar heavy engineering environment

Can read and interpret technical drawings

Has strong practical fabrication and welding skills

Is confident working with steel and structural components

Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Works safely and follows site procedures

Can work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
