A highly successful and evolving national organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its people team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. Your new role
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
Providing expert guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including complex casework.
Supporting organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Using people data and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Driving key people processes including performance management, talent development and succession planning.
Working collaboratively with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
Leading engagement initiatives and supporting actions that enhance employee experience and organisational culture
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex organisation.You will ideally have:
Previous experience operating as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist position.
Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation projects.
A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and utilise people metrics.
Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building abilities.
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.What you'll get in return
Salary of £52,000
Initial 6-month fixed-term contract
