Hygrove Partners are recruiting Electricians on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, working on social housing and new build domestic projects in and around Warwick.
The Role:
Site-based electrical work across social housing and new build domestic properties, working alongside an experienced residential team.
Key Responsibilities:

First and second fix electrical installation across new build domestic properties

Installation, testing and maintenance of electrical systems within social housing stock (occupied and void)

Working to current wiring regulations (BS7671)

Liaising with site management and other trades

Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For:

Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)

Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card
-
18th Edition essential
-
Valid CSCS card essential
-
Own transport essential
-
Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas

Experience on new build domestic or social housing sites preferred
