We are seeking a highly skilled MOT Technician to join a reputable independent automotive service centre in Salisbury. Our client prides itself on delivering quality service and maintaining a friendly, family-run environment. The MOT Technician will play a key role in maintaining high standards of vehicle safety, reliability, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated MOT Technician looking to develop their career within a reputable and supportive environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a 42.5-hour week.

Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of customer vehicles
Perform MOT tests and ensure compliance with industry standards
Accurately report vehicle condition, safety, and performance to management
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures and work quality standards
Maintain high standards of workmanship in a busy workshop environment
Work collaboratively within a team and contribute toward team targetsRequirements of a MOT Technician:
Valid MOT License with active status
Several years of post-qualification experience as a MOT Technician
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently
