The Role

Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Carrying out market appraisals across both sales and lettings.

Developing long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.

Negotiating offers and helping transactions progress smoothly.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the branch.
