A friendly and well established business is looking for an Office & Workshop Coordinator to join their small team. This is a varied and hands on role that would suit an organised and proactive person who enjoys working across administration, customer service, accounts support and workshop coordination. As an Office & Workshop Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping the day to day operation running smoothly while supporting both customers and colleagues.
Salary is competitive and based on experience, and the role is based at a rural location with the opportunity to work from home for up to one day per week following successful completion of probation.
Duties

Prepare estimates and quotations for customers

Process incoming work and prepare job sheets

Support workshop staff by coordinating production requirements

Organise deliveries and collections

Produce invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks

Maintain customer records and general office administration

Order workshop materials and office supplies

Answer customer enquiries by phone and email

Support the overall running of the business as an Office & Workshop Coordinator
Experience
-
Previous experience in estimating, administration, bookkeeping or a similar role is preferred

Confident using computers and learning new systems

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload

Good communication and customer service skills

Practical and willing to help wherever needed within a small team

Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the rural location

Reliable, proactive and capable of working independently
