A leading planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme for L&Q across East London.
The Role

Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works.

Carry out resident visits and provide updates on programmes and access.

Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints.

Arrange and maintain access to properties.

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and the client.

Support residents throughout the refurbishment process and minimise disruption.

Maintain accurate records and help ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
About You
-
Previous RLO experience within planned maintenance, social housing or refurbishment.
-
Kitchen and bathroom experience is desirable.
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Confident dealing with residents and challenging situations.

Organised, professional and proactive.

Full UK driving licence required.
