Hamilton Mayday is currently seeking experienced and passionate Chef de Partie professionals to join our team and work with a variety of prestigious clients across London, including:
- Private Members' Clubs.
- Conference and Event Venues.
- Hospitality and Contract Catering Operations.
- Schools and Educational Facilities (Enhanced DBS required)

Requirements:
- Previous Chef de Partie experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Your own chef whites and knives.
- A valid DBS certificate.
- A strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
