This isn't a role where you'll be limited to one area of HR. You'll gain real 360° exposure across the employee lifecycle, working alongside an experienced HR Manager who will support your development and help you broaden your knowledge.
You'll be trusted to get involved, take ownership and build relationships across the business — making this an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who is ready for their next challenge.
Why this role?

Work closely with managers and employees across the business
Get involved in HR projects, process improvements and wider initiatives
Develop your knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
Join a supportive HR team within a growing organisation
What will you be doing?
You'll have a varied role across the full HR function, including:
Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
Supporting employee relations cases and ensuring advice is in line with employment legislation and company policies
Supporting formal meetings, taking accurate notes and preparing HR documentation
Managing recruitment processes from advertising through to onboarding
Supporting probationary reviews and providing guidance to managers and employees
Coordinating offboarding and exit processes
Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Keeping the company intranet updated with relevant HR information
Supporting HR reporting, analytics and continuous improvement projects
Providing general HR support across the wider function
What are we looking for?

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role
Experience supporting employee relations matters

Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The confidence to work with people at all levels
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
A professional and confidential approach
A genuine desire to learn, develop and broaden your HR experience
What's in it for you?
You'll receive a competitive salary and strong benefits package, including:

The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD Level 3-qualified HR professional who wants to move into a role where they can really develop.
Whether you're looking to broaden your existing generalist experience, gain more exposure to employee relations, or simply take the next step in your HR career, you'll have the opportunity to learn, get involved and make a real impact.
You'll be joining a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to enjoy variety, be comfortable managing competing priorities and be happy to get stuck in. In return, you'll have genuine support, varied experience and the opportunity to develop your HR career.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
If you're ready for a role where you can develop your HR career, expand your experience and work alongside a supportive HR Manager, we'd love to hear from you.
