Are you a passionate Sports Coach or PE Coach who enjoys working with children? Do you want to make a real impact in primary schools through engaging, fun, and structured physical activity?
At Progressive, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Primary School Sports Coach to deliver high-quality PE lessons, lunchtime activities, and wraparound care sessions across our partner schools.
Your Role as a Sports Coach

Deliver engaging PE lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Lead fun and inclusive multi-sports sessions and physical activities

Support and deliver before and after school clubs (wraparound care)

Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all children

Manage behaviour effectively in line with school expectations

Work collaboratively with school staff and colleagues
What We’re Looking For

Experience working as a Sports Coach, PE Coach, Activity Coach, or similar

Passion for working with children in a school setting

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Relevant coaching qualification (Level 1 or Level 2 desirable)

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Full UK driving licence preferred
