Site Engineer – Commercial Construction
Location: London Bridge, London
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package

Ridgeway & Co are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a well-established main contractor on a major commercial construction project in the London Bridge area.
This is a permanent opportunity working as part of an experienced site team on a technically challenging new-build scheme in Central London.
Responsibilities will include:

Setting out and surveying works across the project

Checking line, level and quality of subcontractor works

Producing and maintaining accurate site records

QA documentation and inspections
-
Reviewing drawings and identifying technical issues

Liaising with Site Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team

Supporting the delivery of works in accordance with programme
-
Ensuring works comply with drawings and specifications
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Site Engineer on commercial construction projects

Main contractor experience preferred
-
Strong setting-out and surveying capability
-
Good understanding of QA and construction drawings
-
Relevant engineering/construction qualification
-
CSCS
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary: Up to £70,000 plus package depending on experience.
