ELECTRICIAN – SOCIAL HOUSING
Location: Coventry
Rate: £100 per EICR
Payment: CIS or Limited Company
Type: Ongoing / Long-term Work
We are looking for an experienced Gold Card Electrician to join an ongoing social housing contract in Coventry.
The Role:

Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
-
£100 per EICR, including C1 & C2 remedial works
-
Identifying and completing electrical remedials where required
-
Working to current electrical regulations and social housing standards
-
Completing accurate certification and paperwork
-
Ongoing workload available for the right electrician
Requirements:
-
Gold ECS/JIB Card
-
Qualified Electrician
-
Strong social housing experience
-
Experienced in EICRs, testing and inspection
-
Confident carrying out C1 & C2 remedial works
-
Own van and testing equipment
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Able to work independently and manage a daily workload
