Your responsibilities will include:

Servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery
-
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
-
Carrying out laptop-based diagnostics
-
Attending customer sites across the East Anglia region
-
Providing a professional and high-quality service to customers
-
Completing accurate service reports and maintaining service records
-
Maintaining tools and equipment in line with Health & Safety requirements
-
Participating in ongoing training and development
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working with agricultural machinery – essential
-
Strong mechanical engineering experience
-
Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing machinery
-
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
-
A full UK driving licence
-
Own professional tools – essential
-
The ability to travel across East Anglia
-
A strong customer service focus and professional approach
