We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Defence & Automation Recruitment as aspiring Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality.
Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and competitive. You’ll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop into a specialist within the defence and automation sectors.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:

Building relationships with professionals and clients across the defence and automation sectors.

Sourcing and interviewing candidates.

Developing your own network within specialist engineering and technical markets.

Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Negotiating salaries and offers.
-
Developing new business opportunities.

Working towards individual and team targets.

Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of defence or automation recruitment.
