We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Executive Search as aspiring Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality.
Executive Search is fast-paced, competitive and relationship-driven. You’ll work with businesses to identify and attract high-calibre professionals for senior and specialist positions, build relationships with candidates and clients, negotiate opportunities and develop into a trusted advisor within your chosen market.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:

Building relationships with senior professionals, executives and business leaders.

Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates for senior appointments.
-
Sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates.
-
Developing your own network within your chosen market.

Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements.

Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement and advising clients and candidates throughout the process.

Negotiating salaries, offers and terms, and developing new business opportunities.

Working towards individual and team targets.

Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of Executive Search.
