We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female children's residential team leader to oversee the care and support of an all-girls children's home in a residential setting. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of childcare staff, ensuring high standards of care and support for all children.

Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure collaborative care.

Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in childcare and behaviour management.

Experience

Proven experience in childcare or a related field is essential, with a strong understanding of child development principles.

Familiarity with creating and managing care plans tailored to individual children's needs.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families.

Experience working directly with children in a residential or community setting is highly desirable.
