We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our established property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, agents and other property professionals.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Remortgages and transfers of equity

Reviewing and reporting on legal documentation
-
Managing exchanges and completions
-
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

Identifying and resolving issues efficiently
-
Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and to agreed timescales

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
About You

A qualified solicitor status and relevant conveyancing experience

Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures

Excellent communication and client-management skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
