HGV Class 2 Driver Temp to Perm
Location: M26 Radcliffe / Stoneclough / Kearsley
Hours: MondayFriday, 6:00am4:00pm
Pay: £15.00£17.50 per hour, depending on experience
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis in the M26 area.
This is a little different from your standard Class 2 driving role. You will be operating a Gully Wagon, working at different locations throughout the day.
The Role
- Driving and operating an HGV Class 2 Gully Wagon
- Attending various sites and locations
- Using a tablet to accurately mark and record locations
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Following all site and Health & Safety procedures
- Monday to Friday 6am until 4pm
- Opportunity to secure a permanent position
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Gully Wagon experience is preferred but NOT essential
- Full Gully Wagon training will be provided
- Must be technically minded and comfortable learning how to operate specialist equipment
- Confident using a tablet/technology to record and mark locations
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Reliable with a good attitude and looking for a long-term opportunity
Pay
£15.00£17.50 per hour, depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 2 Driver looking to learn a specialist skill and move into a permanent role with full training provided.
