We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Trader to join our growing team, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across a social housing portfolio in Dartford and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience across multiple disciplines who is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service in occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.

Undertake tasks including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general building repairs.

Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.

Work within occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.

Complete job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, maintenance, or domestic property repairs.

Strong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.

Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Full UK clean driving licence.
