We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team.

The Role
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of welding and fabrication work, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:

Welding and fabricating components and structures

Reading and working from engineering drawings

Measuring, cutting and preparing materials

Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards

Carrying out fabrication, assembly and finishing work

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:
-
Previous experience in a welding/fabrication role

The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
-
Good MIG/MAG welding skills
-
Strong attention to detail and pride in their work

A reliable and hardworking attitude

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or experience would be advantageous
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs
