We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Security Engineer to support a high-priority programme of cloud security remediation and service improvement.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong AWS security knowledge, practical AWS Security Hub experience and expert-level Terraform capability.
Key responsibilities

Review and remediate security findings across AWS.

Configure and improve AWS Security Hub.

Implement security improvements through Terraform.

Support service recovery and controlled reinstatement activities.

Assist with secret and credential rotation.

Review and cleanse repositories where required.

Strengthen AWS security controls and prevent recurring issues.

Work with internal teams and relevant external parties.

Document completed remediation and technical changes.
Essential experience

Strong hands-on AWS engineering and security experience.

Practical AWS Security Hub expertise.

Expert Terraform and infrastructure-as-code capability.

Experience implementing security remediation in live environments.

Strong knowledge of AWS identity, access and security controls.

Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Experience supporting service recovery, secrets management or repository security would be beneficial but is not essential.
