Air Conditioning Engineer – Commercial Building Maintenance
Location: Manchester / North West

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive service across a portfolio of commercial buildings in the North West. The Role:

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems within commercial premises.

Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and ensure compliance with F-Gas and H&S regulations.

Support energy efficiency improvements and system performance.

Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on client sites.

Participate in an out-of-hours rota (as required).
About You:
-
Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer (FGAS Category 1 essential).

Experience with VRV/VRF, splits, and AHUs in commercial environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Good communication and customer-facing skills.
