Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Gas Safe Plumber to join a professional property maintenance team supporting a prestigious residential portfolio.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, drainage networks, sanitary ware and central heating systems.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
Test, commission and maintain closed-loop heating circuits and associated plant.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair works.
Maintain accurate records of completed works, materials used and remedial actions taken.
Manage and maintain an appropriate inventory of plumbing materials and consumables.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades to ensure seamless service delivery.
Adhere to all Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, safe systems of work and COSHH requirements.
Participate in an on-call and seasonal rota as required.
Undertake additional duties reasonably requested by management within the scope of the role.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Plumbing (City & Guilds or equivalent).
Gas Safe Registered.
Unvented Hot Water Certification.
Strong understanding of plumbing and heating systems.
Knowledge of current Building Regulations.
Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and COSHH requirements.
Proven experience in plumbing installation, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a wider maintenance team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Own hand tools.
Full UK Driving Licence.
