Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties to include:

Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, samples, and print solutions to clients

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation

Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, revenue forecasting and CRM updates

Re‑engage dormant accounts to maximise commercial potential

Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and networking forums
As a successful candidate you will have previous sales, account management or customer service experience, be a confident communicator with commercial instinct, resilience, and a consultative approach. Someone who understands the value of relationship‑building, can spot opportunities quickly, and is motivated by achieving results that genuinely impact business growth. A background within the printing or graphic design industry could be beneficial but not essential.
