We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team working across social housing properties in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within social housing properties.

Undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).

Complete testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
-
AM2 Qualification
-
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

Previous experience working within Social Housing or residential properties.

Experience carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.

Good understanding of current electrical regulations.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications

City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection.

ECS/CSCS Card.

Experience completing EICRs within occupied properties.

Social housing maintenance experience.
