BIM Coordinator – Data Centres
Location: UK / Europe
Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + £160 tax-free weekly living allowance

We are currently looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators to work on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project team delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate BIM activities across the project

Coordinate MEP, CSA, structural and architectural models
-
Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
-
Manage model coordination and information exchange
-
Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings
-
Work closely with design, engineering and construction teams

Review drawings, models and technical information
-
Coordinate subcontractor and consultant models
-
Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are maintained

Support the BIM Manager / Digital Construction Manager

Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards

Maintain accurate project information and documentation
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator

Strong experience with Revit and Navisworks
-
MEP / CSA / Structural coordination experience

Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable

Experience coordinating multiple disciplines
-
Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows
-
Good communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work within a fast-paced construction environment
