The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Tyneside area. We are looking for several dedicated Van Drivers to join the team.
Hours: Across Monday to Sunday, 08:00am - 08:30am starts
Pay Rate : £12.71 per hour PAYE
Location: Tyneside, NE11
Job Type: Temp to perm
The role:

Safely and efficiently operate a company van to deliver to customers (residential and commercial)

80+ stops per day

Manually load and unload vehicles with packages.

Follow established delivery routes and schedules.

Ensure all parcels are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.

Provide exceptional customer service to recipients and senders.

Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
-
A valid UK driver's license.
-
have 1 years experience with multi-drop delivery
-
Have no more than 6 points on licence (minor offenses only).

Have a recent DBS check or be willing to obtain one.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles.
-
Flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, including weekends.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.
