DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a property refurbishment project in Ongar, Essex.
The successful candidate will be working on private residential properties, carrying out a variety of refurbishment, repair and reinstatement works.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Property refurbishment and renovation works
-
Strip-out and preparation works
-
Temporary works and making properties safe
-
General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
-
Reinstatement and refurbishment works
-
Carpentry and basic joinery
-
Plastering and patch repairs
-
Decorating and finishing works
-
General building works
-
Completing repairs to a high standard within residential properties
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Multi Trader
-
Previous experience within property refurbishment or residential maintenance
-
Valid CSCS Card
-
Full UK Driving Licence
-
Own tools
-
Ability to work across multiple trades
-
Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
